By downloading, accessing, or using the Track Health AI mobile application (the "App"), you ("User") acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the App.
Use of the App is limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or who have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Track Health AI grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purposes.
The App is provided for administrative and scheduling purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical advice.

You can also opt-out of these communications at any time through the app's Settings or by contacting support. Some communications, such as account verification codes, may be necessary for the operation of the service.
TrackHealthAI uses third-party services (Twilio for SMS, SendGrid for email) to deliver notifications. These services are contractually obligated to protect your information and comply with applicable privacy laws. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS notifications.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Track Health AI shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use of the App, including but not limited to missed appointments, scheduling errors, cancellations, or healthcare outcomes.
Track Health AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate User's access to the App for any breach of this Agreement or misuse of the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

While Track Health AI strives to maintain accurate health information, users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their health data and should not rely solely on the App for critical health information. Track Health AI is committed to maintaining HIPAA compliance where applicable. However, users should be aware that the security of health information also depends on their own practices, such as maintaining secure passwords and not sharing login credentials.
