How do I create an account?
Open the TrackHealthAI app and tap "Sign Up". You'll need to provide your email address and phone number. You'll receive a verification code to complete registration.
I'm not receiving verification codes. What should I do?
Check your spam folder for email codes. For SMS codes, ensure your phone number is correct and you have signal. You can also check the Xcode console for test codes during development. If issues persist, contact support.
How do I opt-out of SMS notifications?
You can opt-out by: 1) Texting STOP to any SMS from TrackHealthAI, 2) Going to Settings → Notifications in the app, or 3) Contacting support at info@trackhealthai.com
How do I update my health profile?
Go to your Profile in the app and tap "Edit Profile" or "Detailed Profile Builder" to update your health information.
Is my health data secure?
Yes, TrackHealthAI is committed to protecting your health information. We use encryption, secure storage, and comply with HIPAA regulations when applicable. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Can I use the app for medical emergencies?
No. TrackHealthAI is not designed for emergency medical situations. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room immediately.
How do I delete my account?
